# Temperature Conversion

To help communities and Users who may have cross-country discussions, TwiLite offers a couple Commands that can be used to easily convert temperatures between the different scales (degrees C, F, and K).

{% hint style="info" %}
Both Temperature Commands can be used anywhere, regardless of adding TwiLite to Servers (as a Server Bot/App) or to your Account (as a User App).
{% endhint %}

### Slash Command (`/temperature`)&#x20;

The first of the two is the Slash Command, `/temperature`.

The Slash Command allows you to convert one specific temperature at will, and will display its output privately (so only you can see it).

### Context Command

The second, is the Message Context Command, labelled as "Convert Temperature".

This allows converting temperatures from already-sent messages in chat, including messages sent by other Users.\
In addition, you can bulk-convert up to 10 temperatures from a single message via this Context Command.\ *<mark style="color:$info;">(See the hint banner at the top of the</mark>* [*<mark style="color:$info;">Commands List page</mark>*](/docs/resources/commands-list.md) *<mark style="color:$info;">for how to use Context Commands)</mark>*

Please note that this Context Command's response will try to output publicly if it can.

{% hint style="info" %}
Want to bulk-convert more than 10 temperatures at once? You can do so in Servers powered by TwiLite's Inferno subscription!
