# Action Commands

These are the first set of Commands ever added to TwiLite.\
They are fun commands that can be used to simulate a specific action, and are mainly for role-playing or for use in reaction to another User's message.

{% hint style="info" %}
All Action Commands can be used anywhere, regardless of adding TwiLite to Servers (as a Server Bot/App) or to your Account (as a User App).
{% endhint %}

The full list of Action Commands can be found on the [Commands List page here](/docs/resources/commands-list.md#action-commands).

Various Actions have special responses or additions, all of which are described below.

***

### Target-based Responses

{% hint style="info" %}
**Applies to the following:** `/headpat`, `/hug`, `/bonk`, `/boop`, `/kiss`, `/yeet`, `/cookie`, `/slap`, `/nibble`, `/lick`, `/glare`, `/explode`
{% endhint %}

Most Actions will change their response depending on the type of target specified.\
The target types are listed as below:

<table><thead><tr><th width="241">Target Type</th><th width="397">Description</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td>Standard ("Other User")</td><td>Literally any human User not already covered by the other types</td></tr><tr><td>Self</td><td>When the sender targets themselves</td></tr><tr><td>Role</td><td>When a Server Role is specified as the target</td></tr><tr><td>Everyone</td><td>When <code>@everyone</code> is specified as the target</td></tr><tr><td>App/Bot ("Other App")</td><td>Any Bot/App not already covered by the other Bot/App-specific types below</td></tr><tr><td>TwiLite</td><td>When the sender targets TwiLite itself</td></tr><tr><td>Mee6</td><td>When the sender targets the unethical Mee6 Bot itself</td></tr></tbody></table>

### "Return Action" Button

{% hint style="info" %}
**Applies to the following:** `/headpat`, `/hug`, `/bonk`, `/boop`, `/kiss`, `/slap`
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="https://167742427-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FMCOHyO7qvw0fiZbGDBC9%2Fuploads%2Fy7WY5PQl7llp7ZzUYsdA%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=e3bb7607-bdf1-4721-b32b-1dacd1d207e0" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of a "Return Action" button.</p></figcaption></figure>

Certain Actions (in Slash Command form) display a "Return Action" button in their responses.\
This allows the *target* (and only the target) of the Action to easily return it back to the original sender.

If the original sender of the Action, or another User who is *not* the target, tries using this Button, they will be shown an failure message instead.

Once the Button has been used by the target, it will be disabled to prevent further use or spam.

### Jail Minigame

{% hint style="info" %}
**Applies to the following:** `/jail`
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="https://167742427-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FMCOHyO7qvw0fiZbGDBC9%2Fuploads%2FWfn0YJwJ9a6LBmA1vH8d%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=62ed94dc-3772-4233-811d-3a8fcc867c8b" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of the <code>/jail</code> Command used in chat.</p></figcaption></figure>

The Jail Action comes with its own "minigame", which allows simulating if the target User remains in 'jail' or not.\
This "minigame" comes with two buttons in the Jail Action's response: "Bail" and "Jailbreak".

The Bail option can be attempted by any User, excluding the jailed target. This also means the original sender of the Action can 'bail' the target too.

The Jailbreak option can be attempted by any User, including the jailed target.

Both options are random as to if they succeed or fail, and using either option *once* will disable both options from further use.

### Fishing Minigame

{% hint style="info" %}
**Applies to the following:** `/fish`
{% endhint %}

<figure><img src="https://167742427-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FMCOHyO7qvw0fiZbGDBC9%2Fuploads%2FoKdyQIHQGYW1EJc2LjSH%2Fimage.png?alt=media&amp;token=00bd4ae3-290d-4a96-b23d-47b879cffa7f" alt=""><figcaption><p>Example of the <code>/fish</code> Command used in chat.</p></figcaption></figure>

The Fish Action could be seen as its own feature, but is being bundled into the Action Commands Module for ease.

When a User runs `/fish`, they will be randomly given an item (or nothing!) they have 'fished' up in the minigame.

{% hint style="warning" %}
**Any and all fished up items are not stored in any way.**\
This is just a "for fun" minigame, and does not store or track what the User has 'fished' up at all.
{% endhint %}

There are a range of items, which won't be fully listed here, but they all fit into one of the following Fishing Item categories (listed in order of rarity, from common to rare):

| Category | Description                                        |
| -------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| Nothing | When literally nothing was fished up |
| Fish | An actual fish or other sea creature was fished up |
| Junk | A random but useless object was fished up |
| Treasure | A random valuable object was fished up |
| Oneself | The User running the command fished up themselves |
